Nashville is located in central Tennessee along the Cumberland River, and is easily accessed from the I-40 and the I-65 - Franklin is less than half an hour away. Nashville is the state capital and the central hub for a host of cultural, historical, and recreational activities. Guests of the Best Western hotels in Nashville have a world of things to do while visiting - notably, music lovers love all that Nashville has to offer. Be sure to visit the legendary Grand Ole Opry, stage to some of the biggest country music acts in the history of music. The Country Music Hall of Fame is very nearby, and totally worth a visit. Nashville is certainly known for it's roots in modern country and rock, but it's got plenty more in it's resume.

For historical perspective and a touch of local culture, be sure to visit Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art, and the Tennessee State Museum, for look at anything and everything Tennessee. While visiting in the fall, be sure to take the family over to LP Field for some serious Sunday, gridiron actions as Nashville is the home of the NFL's Tennessee Titans. Take in a game, and watch as they power their way through the AFC South. Nashville is also the home to Vanderbilt University Commodores, who's football season is also in full effect during the fall. Head over to Dudley Field and take in some serious Saturday game-day action as they run-n-gun their way through the South Eastern Conference. Hockey fan? Don't fret - Nashville is the home to the NHL's Nashville Predators. Nashville's got that big city feel, with a certain southern hospitality - so make sure you visit soon.
